I do mostly gym and sport climbing, so strongly considering the jay, but would love input from yall as to which is most comfortable, or any weird features you don't like. I am currently using a petzl adjama but I only hung for 10 minutes in it in the store and so didn't realize that it cuts into my kidneys and gets really uncomfortable on 30+ minute hanging belays. First, I’m wondering if it makes sense to go for the Sama or Adjama instead of the Corax (the prices are almost the same in my country, so cost isn’t really a factor). Great for all around climbing. From my research, I’ve narrowed it down to the Petzl Corax, Sama, or Adjama. My next harness will probably be one of the arcteryx or high end bd's or maybe the new edelrids with similar construction. I highly prefer the petzl adjama. . Are they just as comfortable as the Corax? Black Diamond Momentum vs Petzel Adjama Harness. Weirdly, the Adjama can be more comfortable despite the narrower waist, but the Corax is exceptionally good for ice (can hold 4 ice clippers / caritool) and the double adjust buckles are awesome for using different amounts of clothing.
