One side of my cabinet glue up is not square. I used ball bearing side mounted slides and one is not set in deeper than the other. If one is misaligned you can get this kind of racked looking drawer. Making wood drawers side easier is usually a simple fix that's inexpensive and quick to troubleshoot.
